• Daniel Winn

    Lead Pastor

Family means everything to me; my wife Kelly and I have four incredible children, Madigan, Sydney, Josie, & Sam. Along with our dog ‘Max’ we have crazy fun being the Winn family. This church family means everything to me as well. My passion is to bring them together to really live for Christ, and to equip them with the tools to do so. Church should not be boring, nor should it be weak. My goal is to help people understand that our very creative God has made them very creative to change their world!

  • Tiffany rambo

    Children's Director

It is my goal in life to leave a little Jesus wherever I go! Whether through a smile, a hug, or an encouraging word, I want my life to reflect His love to the world. I have lots of titles; wife to Peter, mom to Anna, Luke, and Kate, daughter, friend, children's director...but the one that matters most is child of God. I am passionate about kids walking in their identity as children of God and empowering them to walk in His call on their lives. You can usually find me reading, hanging out with my family and friends, or watching TV with my hubby...all with coffee in hand!

Originally from Cedar Rapids, I moved to Kansas City, MO for 6 years where I studied at and worked for the International House of Prayer (IHOP). • Faye Schultz

    Care Coordinator

Encouraging God’s family is my assignment as Care Coordinator, to connect and build the Household of Faith. The Body of Christ is family that cares and helps each other. Galatians 6:2,10 says that we should bear one another’s burdens. God asks us to be intentional in our care for one another from the Nursery to the Nursing Home. No matter what age, each person needs to be valued and loved.

My husband, Darrell and I love spending valued time with our three married daughters Jessica(Jesse), Heidi(Jordan), and Leah(Devin). We are "Gaga and Grandpa" to Jonas, Olivia, Crosby, Emory, and Lennon. Our little granddog, Rue is definitely a special gift from God too! Helping our family, traveling and playing are our rewards! Taking the time to love and grow together is what life is all about!

  • Jill Zeck

    Administrative assistant

My greatest calling in life behind serving the Lord is being a wife. I am truly blessed to have shared the last 24 years of my life with my husband Robert. Our marriage has been an adventure since the day we said “I do!" We enjoy traveling and have traveled to seven different countries and countless cities in the US. I joined the staff at CRFC in June 2008, I love helping others and being on the front line of what the Lord is doing in and through the church. I count it a privilege to serve the Lord and congregation of CRFC in my position as Administrative Assistant.

Life became meaningful when I met Christ. There isn’t enough space here for me to explain what God means to me. Let me just say that we love because He first loved us. (I John 4:19). He led me to my wife Sherry (we’ve been married for 39 years now), we have one daughter, Sara and two wonderful grandchildren (Rogan 5 & Addison 4). God wasn’t finished yet. A great relationship with Him, a great family, and then he leads us to CRFC. Here we have met many wonderful believers in Christ. The family of God – WOW!!!!! (Ephesians 4:16). So with all of that said, I do the bookkeeping here at CRFC.
